"Mostly, duck confit outside France just isn't worth eating... But this is sublime, has obviously been steeped properly for a long time, as confit always should be.
The meat is succulent yet so tender it falls off the bone with only the slightest nudge from a fork, and the intensely flavoured jus with its balsamic tang manages to cling to the meat without being gloopy."
